Rokurou “Rock” Okajima has joined the Tidal pond Organization, a privateer soldier of fortune bunch which works out of Roanapur, Thailand. Notwithstanding his underlying fights, this dirty ghetto of corrupted spirits and unfeeling hoodlums now fills in as the previous salaryman’s home.
